I love sharing my experiences based on the various places that I visit on Google Maps.
I’m passionate about finding good Customer Service as this is major on my list.
My belief is that, if a business does not have good customer service, they are failing on first contact.
Small businesses that really make the effort to be the best at what they do get my attention and, I enjoy being able to encourage them and, a review is a great place to start.
I have walked into many major retail stores that often have empty teals while customer’s line up, waiting to be served. This is a trend in which companies seem to be saving money by not having enough staff and, this affects many customer’s in as far as schedule and time management.
Some retailer’s claim to be creating employment for the locals but when you cut jobs and leave empty teals that cause customer’s to queue up for services, it reflects a lack of care for your customer’s time.
Some local barbershops do this too. They get many customer’s and will sometimes have one person doing the job.
This is a trend that needs to stop and, I hope that my reviews can help make a difference.
