I got a mail from Google saying I have earned a reward of limited edition Google Maps Pin in early May also I placed an order for the same by redeeming it and I got a confirmation mail from Google saying I will get it in 6 weeks now its above 6 weeks but I have received yet please tell what to do

How does one qualify for the rewards at Google Maps and Local Google Guides ?

As per my knowledge there is no such criteria it depends on your contributions and how much helpful it is for others

There is no pattern, and there’s no fairness in who gets rewards. It is just a marketing gimmick.
I believe recipients are chosen randomly in select countries.
