Rewards redemption code

Google had sent 1st mail about Local Guides rewards on 13th Feb, but that mail didn’t have any redemption code. So they sent another mail on 16th Feb as an apology and had mentioned that another mail would be coming in a week’s time with proper code.

Till then, everything was going on well.

But after that mail, we didn’t get any mail from Google, nor any communication in any other form.

Didn’t expect such an unprofessional behaviour by Google. Not keeping their own word is beyond imagination.
