how to redeem reward ppit?

@Surojit Welcome to LG Connect. Regarding Local Guides achievement points that you see in “Your Contributions”, there is no reward redemption for those points. It is there to let ourselves know how much we have contributed to Google Maps and to other users of Google Maps.
There could be periodic small gifts or perks as token of appreciation from Google, which is usually shared here in LG Connect. Of you can also set email notification for perks, contributions, product updates etc, head to https://maps.google.com/localguides/home/settings
