Dear Friend,
If you are selected for the rewards, google will send you an email and in that mail they give you a link to fill-up a form with your details like your proper address, phone number etc. After submitting the form they will confirm you with a mail about the delivery status of your gift. It usually takes 6 weeks to deliver. But if you didn’t receive your gift after 2 to months you can reapply for the same. Now the main question, How do I know that I am eligible for the reward? As this is a volunteers program I think after a certain level they will randomly choose some of the volunteers for this gift. I even don’t know any specific criteria for this.

Hola esto son recompensas que Google da sin criterio de ningún tipo, puede que un día se lo regalen o no , pero no hay una manera específica para se le otorgue a nadie, mientras siga contribuyendo puede ser que un dia le sea otorgado.
