I have ordered my reward on 15th May 2023 but still now I did not receive. Now I could not track the parcel and showing that no details are available

Hi @Samir95 ,

Your package is probably stuck with the shipping company or the customs.

Right now almost everyone who got the reward email and ordered a reward still didn’t receive it.

Please wait a few more weeks.

After that you can order a replacement reward by filling your credentials on the bottom part of the FAQ page.

A lot of people are facing the same problem. Even I placed my order on 1st May 2023, but never received it. Read my post to find out about more people who didn’t receive it.

And well, we are told to keep patience but I think I’ll give up hope and patience of receiving a gift and continue to contribute on google maps as I do.

Hello @AGhosh ,

there’s not much any of us here can do. If the shipping company has a problem with delivering, it’s in their hands.

This is the most likely case I’ve seen.

All you can do is wait.

I am also waiting for my parcel. And so are many others (as I have seen around). Hopefully, we will receive it someday soon. :+1: Do keep us updated if you find anything. :smile:

I don’t think that we can receive the package. The tracking number is now showing expired. Google should take some action regarding this.

Same here, its been almost 4 months from the dispatch date but still have not received the reward. Not sure I will even receive that. Even Deutsche Post have no proper tracking status mentioned.

Not sure whom can I approach to get the reward.

Salut moi aussi j’ai pas reçu ma récompense pour local guide j’attends depuis un mois, moi je pense que mon problème sais que j’ai deux profil pour Google Maps avec un j’ai ramassé 5500 points et l’autre j’ai pas beaucoup de points
