I received an email that I’ve earned a reward as a Level 5 Local Guide and I filled out the form with my address. However, it has been 2 Years and I haven’t received the item yet.
Can you please check the status or let me know if there’s an issue with the shipping?

Hello @SUBHAM, I see your message from Google has a link and a tracking number. Did you attempt to follow the package that way?
I’m afraid you reacted too late. After two months but no later than after 6 months there is an option to request a reshipment.
