A local shopping mall (Carlingwood) has both a Laura women’s clothing store and a Laura Secord candy/icecream store. Half of the reviews for the clothing store have in fact been for the ice cream store. When I try to report them, the only option is content not applicable to this store with no space for details. In fact, the ice cream reviews should be moved to the ice cream store. I wish there could be a space for comments on all the report categories so that the precise reason for the report could be communicated to the person reviewing it.

The same has been proposed for photos uploaded to a wrong pin.
The notion that a human will evaluate each flagged review is in my opinion not very likely. I think algorithms are employed on this.
I think your proposal to move a review is a good idea, but considering the number of reviews and spam issues related to reviews, I understand why this has not been prioritized. This new feature could potentially be a helpful tool for the spammers to bypass the spam filters. Making life easier for the spammers and harder for those fighting spam is not high on the agenda.
But again your proposal is perfectly good and reasonable.
