My reviews over 200 characters are not counting since a long time now. I have written around 50 long reviews but my stats says only 19. I saw similar complain posts by other members, but I could not find a proper solution answer in them.
I checked my profile from incognito mode and my long reviews are visible. So they are not private either. I wonder what might be the problem.

Congratulations on your first post here on Connect.
There are 2 possible reasons to consider:
It takes up to a week or sometimes even longer for the badge statistics to get updates.
Not all your reviews are public.
I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 96 reviews and only 84 of them are public. Hidden reviews do not count towards your badges (I think).
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

Currently, your issue might not be your fault. Please read Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, make a reply to request your account also be investigated.
