I Have been writing reviews since 2016 (map, play store), is there any way to get a pocket money from these things I am doing? Please this is really important

@Afzal_Ashraf , you have been as Local Guides since 2016 and you still in Level 5?? How come?? I have been here for almost a year and I am in Level 8. I think you need to work harder in your contributions.
Local Guides is a volunteering program and we know that from the beginning. They send us some perks, they invite us for Summit and the Best thing we get a “Thank you” from the people we write a review and of course from Google Team also.
Work harder and you will see the result after.
