Recently I observed that some many of my reviews and a lot of my posted pictures/videos come in my profile for me but not when someone else accesses it.
I was able to see 189 reviews and 2311 photos from my account but only 157 reviews and 1404 photos from the other account. I observed many of the latest ones themselves not showing up, which is how I know it’s not just the count mismatch.
Why is this happening and how to fix it?

I looked briefly at your public photos and saw several redundant (very similar) photos.
Maybe you can find some relevant help in my tutorial called How to Get In and Out of Trouble as a Local Guide.
Basically, you need to check your contributions for guideline violations. And fix them. This can be done be removing photos and efitibg reviews to remove the words and sentences that trigger the spam filter.

I can accept the fact for redundant pictures but how does a review like this end up not appearing?
