Once again I see the futility of my efforts to make the Maps useful and up to date. After successful publication, reviews and photos disappear from the company page after a while.
Here is one case. I visited this store over a month ago, then wrote a review and added some photos.
The review has been published, but the photo has not. Then I deleted the photos, and added them again, they were published, one became the cover photo. After a month, I see that this store has not published any photos again, and there is not even a review and rating.
Excellent butcher shop, large selection, lamb tender, odorless, honest five points! The store is very clean, have friendly staff. Prices are like the average for the city, but with excellent service.
The photos were taken with the permission of the owner, I warned him about the publication on the Maps ahead, so the possibility of a complaint is excluded. In addition, the object is not verified.
Please pay attention to this system error, this is just one case out of many, this behavior has been observed for many years.
If you have unpublished reviews [photos], which you believe follow the Maps policies, please fill out this form. We will forward your request to the responsible teams to look into your account. If your contributions follow the policies, they will be reinstated. Please keep in mind that this may take some time, and we will not be able to share the results with you.
If you need moderation assistance from a moderator in the future, just make sure to tag one of the Google Moderators. Please avoid tagging people not mentioned in the above article.
Thanks for the answer. I filled out the form you provided.
As for the mention of moderators, this is a completely non-obvious necessity. It is not clear why in a public forum you need to personally contact a particular moderator. To do this, the user needs to store somewhere in the notes a reference to a special topic, constantly monitor which of the moderators is still active, who has already left the project. How does the user know that this particular moderator is needed, and not another, how to know that this particular moderator is not on vacation or on sick leave? I’m a Google Diamond Product Expert and have been actively participating in Google product community forums for over 8 years, but this seems strange to me.

As you may know there is a global issue about Fake reviews, and all the provider of online reviews (not only Google) are acting on a strong way to block them, due to the possible legal implications.
