Hello everyone.
while you all guiders viewing and rating places and restaurants to help people; how honest do you think you are while reviewing a place? we all have some bad experience with some restaurants, hotels, or any public place, may be a bad food, and wrong delivery, lack of service, dirts, wrong booking, officer desiplent, or many other serous issues need to be underlined so others can beware of.
for me, I am being very strict and tough telling the truth always, strike any bad point I observe, especially if the restaurant is considered as one of the top ones in the area or highly recomended by travelers or other advising parties, I belive so many reviewes and other people are not saying the truth about places when it’s a well known or five star place, those people who believes that it cant be bad, just because “everybody like it, how can i write a bad review!!!”
From a pointview, many places like a factory or a restaurants starts their services with top level service in every thing; food quality, customer treatment, place purity and tideness, furnitures, lighting, maintenance … etc, but after a while when they find themselves successful and people likes them, quality starts gooing down, neglecting the place cleaning, threadbare furnituring, poor team service, items unavailability … or not adding new values to the place. in this point, the guiders must be there reviewing and write the true assessment which will help the visitors and the place owners.
I would like to hear from you guiders some examples and experiences about a bad reviewing of a well known restaurants or else? and do you feel sorry and regret writing that review? have you edit and changed your negative review before?
