A review of mine got shadow-banned. Is there any way to talk to a human to understand the reason and way out?

As far as I know the faster way to have the reviews checked is to fill the form Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps
Please keep in mind that the reviewers are checked by another team and the control may need a few weeks. Everything not against the rules will be released
I agree with what @ErmesT wrote.
Google does not offer any phone or chat support to Local Guides.

Thank you for advice. I have followed it, but, a few weeks later, see no effect: the review in question is still shadow-banned. This is frankly dispiriting, and certainly reduces my motivation to leave further Google Maps reviews, knowing that a business can get a negative review expunged.
