Why can’t I see my review of a particular business? I’ve waited a few days, to see if it would show up, but it hasn’t.

Is this just for one particular review or for all of your reviews? There is a chance that your review was marked as private for some reason. You can read more about it here.
If it is all of your reviews, then let us know, we’ll have to look further into the issue.
It’s one review. How would it have gotten marked as private? (I didn’t see that answer in the link that you sent me.)
@sewerdraing : You need to click into the additional requirements for text reviews, which would include the following:
"In addition to Prohibited Content guidelines, Text Reviews are subject to the following additional requirements:

Don’t use reviews for advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, posting email addresses, phone numbers, social media links, or links to other websites in your reviews.

Don’t discourage or prohibit negative reviews or selectively solicit positive reviews from customers.

Don’t include promotional or commercial content.

Don’t offer or accept money in exchange for reviews.

Don’t solicit reviews from customers in bulk."
If someone has flagged it for any of the above concerns, it would undergo review.
What about other contributions on your profile? Did those show up?
Yeah, I read through those guidelines, but I wasn’t sure if that was what you were talking about. I didn’t violate any of those things. So, this baffles me. It was my first review.

Are you able to see the review when you go to the “My contributions” tab? It should at least be visible there, if not, then we’ll have to do a bit more digging to see what is going on.
Yes, it is visible there. But, it’s not visible to other people.
@sewerdraing If it was flagged in error for one of the reasons above, it would still take some time for it to be reviewed. I am not sure what the timeline may be for that.
I do suggest that you consider writing another review if you get the chance to see if there is another issue/reason that is affecting the visibility of your reviews.

On another note, for my place of business, can I report reviews that contain false information & have them removed? Or, no? I’m wondering if facts matter. Thank you.
This platform here is not for business owners, you’ll have to go to Google My Business for all pertaining questions and issues. If a review concerning a particular business violates any of the guidelines discussed, they can be marked as private.
Note that if you are a business account, then it is against the program rules of the Local Guides program and removed from the forum here as well.
