I’m a Level 3 Local Guide and I submitted a detailed, policy-compliant review for “Puren Tour” NJ on April 23rd, 2025.
The photo I uploaded has been approved and is publicly visible, but the review text has not been published for over 4 weeks.
I have confirmed that my review complies with Google’s content policies – there is no offensive language, no personal data, and no inappropriate content. I also noticed that my other reviews (for unrelated businesses) are not being published either.
I suspect my account may have been restricted or incorrectly flagged by the spam filter. If possible, please request a manual review of my account and contributions.
Hi @SY_Charlotte_Lee
First of all welcome to Connect, and thank you for asking.
I am not sure tu understand which business you reviewed, because you mentioned
Are you talking about this business?
However the link shared by you is addressing us to a business on 5th Avenue, in Manhattan
You also said that
but we cannot see them in your profile, that appears to have no contributions at all
Can you kindly share a screenshot of your profile (both the review and photos sections) for us to better understand your issue?
Generally speaking, a review can be made private because one of the elements that are part of the review (text and attached media) are found non policies compliant by the filter. In that case all the content related to the review (text and attached media) is made “private”, (visible only to you).
To verify what is publicly visible in your profile you can check this link by using a web browser in Incognito mode.
The normal procedure to troubleshoot the issue is:
Remove the media and check if the review became publicly visible
if not, the issue is with the text. Try to edit the text
If the review without the medias is visible, try to attach the media one by one, to find the one that is triggering the filter
