I had left a review regarding a business’s poor actions to our community. It does not seem to violate Google’s expectations on reviews. It only appears if I am logged on and does not appear in the public or other users. Is there anything I can do? I was hoping this would encourage the local business to be more mindful of the community and I do have the intention of removing it if they are willing to come up with a resolution.

Hi @xjustin. If you want to get support here, your Google Maps profile must be added and publicly visible. Comments can be removed if the business owner complains. If you think your comment is not against Google policy, fill out the form correctly. The time it takes to review your review depends on the number of days you request and if you request a long review, you will be contacted via email. Do not edit your comments after they have been published.
