I can’t figure out why this has never changed. It shows I’ve reached the level needed, but still inactive. We travel for work & my goal is to be better with reviewing the places we visit.

Hello @MelodyAnne , which badge is this? Under normal circumstances, each badge has several criteria.
Shows you need 3 to just unlock it, and on the first picture I posted mine shows 56/3. The next level I should have met as well
