That’s the app on your phone @KishorMali ? Maybe delete the app and reinstall it and go from there.
It must be your device. What mobile are you using?
Redmi Y3…
I also check this different mobiles like vivo15 and redmi7s…
Not working…
Hello @KishorMali
The two lines of the message contain two hyperlinks. Please long press on any one of the line & then that should display a message box with different options.
If not, then something is disabling the hyperlinks. Then, it would be necessary to know which browser you are using, along with the extensions, background apps & DNS you are using.
I try to long press, but not working… And I don’t use my phone’s mi browser because in this LG connect not work properly…
I use google chrome lite…
But Still face this issue…
Thanks for the reply.
However, you did not specify which background apps & extensions are active & the name of the Domain Name Server (DNS).
Meanwhile, disable the lite mode or data saver option in chrome & try once again.
Hello, @KishorMali
I understand through web searches that the phone models mentioned by you get shipped with a lot of pre-installed apps. T****hese are sometimes called as bloatware.
Please note, manufacturers make these handsets affordable but try to compensate that through ad revenue.
These apps keep on running in the background and do interfere with some of the usual functionalities.
If you are not able to uninstall these, try at least disabling those through the settings. That would solve your problem.
Thanks… @C_T
I will do that… After I send my reply…
Trust, you could disable all the pre-installed bloatware @KishorMali
Those would be all the superfluous programs provided by the handset manufactures.
Has that resolved the problem now?
Thanks for your super response…
I will do that you mention and I give definately my reply at around 8 PM tomorrow…
I will change some settings in my phone like
Storage space running out(remove storage)
And update my phone version…
If the problem is not solve, I delete All apps from my phone (bloatware) and then hope it will works…
Hello!!! @C_T
That you mention I deleted all pre-install apps, but still that not working yesterday…
So, Today I decide to Reset my phone…
Following Steps I do in my phone.
Now, my issue is solve…
Thanks @C_T for your attention…
And back to back Replies… To try to solve my problem.
You are true Solutionist…
Congratulations on getting the desired functionality @KishorMali
Many a time, some PUPs (Potentially unwanted programs) sneak into the phone through the bloatware & remain invisible. These then start interfering with the normal working.
Though a factory reset resolves that, however, in the process, the bloatware gets reinstalled once again.
You need to get rid of that if you do not wish recurrence of the problem.
Yes, I will do again that you mention to Solve problem if it occurs… (In future)
Thanks… Again @C_T
One more question…
Now, I post resolved with title or marks as solution… ?
I don’t intrest to mark this is solution.
Give your feedback.
Hello @KishorMali
You couldn’t locate the root cause. What was the RED - X and Green -Y? (That’s the Six sigma terminology).
Unless you pin point that, it wouldn’t be justifiable to mark that as a solution.
Thanks for your feedback… @C_T
Now I leave this discussion.
Problem is solve already…
No need to Thought about solution, I agree…
That’s why ask this…
Yes, I can’t find location of root cause…
