There is a hair salon shop nearby me. Today I went here and after hair cut I saw in Gamap for review,
When I opened Gmap and checked, some local guider had removed this place.
I request that he should restore the shop again at the same location.
This will also help the shop owner. A local guide shopkeeper must help.

If the owner had claimed and verified his/her ownership this would not have happened.
Keep it in mind you need to do a text search to be sure the pin has been removed from Maps.
Ownership is not the only thing to consider. As local guides we should never remove places but just mark them closed permanently. Such places can easily be reopened.

I fully agree that a Local guide Should not remove a place, in case they can close it.
As mentioned by @MortenCopenhagen , the owner should claim the business itself.
In any case also a claimed business can be deleted, Morten.
It happened to me
I am aware that claimed businesses can be removed completely, but not very likely if he/she regularly maintains and posts on the listing.
You never replied to my question, if you have done a text search to try to find the pin? I can not do this for you since it should be done not only in English but certainly also in the local language.
If it is gone for good, then I would recommend creating a new pin. Do you have a great storefront picture, the phone number, and maybe a website to add? And maybe the opening hours. Then you are more likely to get the new pin approved quickly. If successful you could try helping the salon owner claim the business.

As already mentioned, if it is nowhere to be found using relevant languages in text search, then you or the owner will need to create it again. There are no backups available.

I know, @MortenCopenhagen , removing a claimed place require a strong actions. So it is always better if the place is added by the owner, @rahulrw .
I think somewhere there is always a backup (at least for a limited period of time), but this is not something that can be done in this community, nor by local Guides like me, or Morten. Adding a new place would be faster and more efficient, but if you want to ask for restoring the old one you should ask in the Google Maps help Community instead, and see what they will answer. I am tagging @Flash for a more competent reply

I had read a similar issue post in which restore was successful and you are saying that restore backup is not available.I am surprised by this thing of yours.
I would definitely add a new place, but Googler never verifies my new place. My last edit for example is still pending.
If you want, I had added a place last, which is pending now. My place ad request is not approved yet.

Whenever I add a new place, Googler does not verify it. That’s why I do not contribute to add new places.
My last place has been added since 29-Nov-2022 is still pending. Almost 15 days have passed for this.

Features that are deleted are gone, there is no restoring them.
No one here is going to add the feature for you. It is against the rules of the map to add features for which one does not have personal knowledge or knowledge that can be gathered through Google supplied imagery.
If you try to add it yourself and are not successful then we can guide you to another forum that might be able to help, but they too will require you to make the attempt to add it.
