I have not seen such Ukrainian cuisine yet. If only because I have not seen such a presentation - once.
Quite unexpectedly, what I heard - our kitchen - is light and healthy food, and the dishes come with a glass of wine or a cocktail. “HUNDRED YEARS FORWARD” is not a rebranding of “borsch with donuts”, it is a fundamentally new modern form of Ukrainian cuisine with amazing recipes and new traditions.
