One thing that makes me proud of being a Local Guide is I can create and convey to many people about a place that they never knew. By becoming a Local Guide, I can tell many people about my village which is very far in the east of Indonesia. My village has just been able to access the internet but it has to go up into the higher hill to find an internet signal. To come to my village, it takes 24 hours from the city by boat. For this reason, I feel more responsible for share with the maps about the beauty of places in my village.
