Response from business owners in my Email.

I always love to read the response of business owners to my reviews. The responses come directly to my Email in times past. The last one I got is the one above in April. For some reasons, they don’t come in as Email anymore. Am I missing some settings or is there a new development against the response coming as Email? Anyone’s help will be well appreciated. Thanks

I think this is one of the function of the function of the notification tab in the update page of the App, @SholaIB

In there for sure you will find all the replies of the businesses to your reviews

Thank you for replying @ErmesT . I have checked in there as well and it doesn’t come in there either. I’ll tell you the notifications that comes in there;

  • Know this place,answer quick questions to help others
  • You have a new follower
  • Your edit is now live
  • Your photo is featured
  • Someone liked your review
  • Your recent photo,so many people have already seen it, add more…?

Etc…

Infact I had a reply came in today and I can’t seem to get to read it.

Maybe I should tag @MortenCopenhagen please kindly help me. I can’t read the replies to my reviews for a while now. I get the notification but the main messages I can’t read. No one has given a satisfactory answer.

Are the reviews in question public or hidden? You can check this in incognito mode.

Can yuu see the replies on Google Maps?

Could it be that the business deleted their reoli?

I don’t get replies from businesses so I’m not the best to help you. Hopefully, others will chime in and share if they still get the emails or not.

For the buissness to replythe reviews must be visible and public at least to them.

No I can’t see any replies on the maps

. It’s also not logical for the businesses to delete their own responses if you know what I mean but maybe they do. It use to be the response came in as Email which was good. Never mind,maybe someone else will give a better response soon.
