Fazemos parte do programa de Local Guides e já tem algumas semanas que não estamos conseguindo fazer nenhuma contribuição através de postagens de fotos e vídeos.
Já estamos com uma boa pontuação, porém gostariamos de melhorar ainda mais no ranqueamento.
Como posso solucionar este problema?

@Yzee as @PrasadVR already mentioned, the first step to ask for help, should be to make your profile visible to the public.
When you say “we have not been able to make any contributions through photo and video posts” (“já tem algumas semanas que não estamos conseguindo fazer nenhuma contribuição através de postagens de fotos e vídeos”) what exactly do you mean? Do you get an error message when trying to upload or you can upload, but the media will not be public (“hidden”)?
In any case, more detailed information and/or a screenshot might be helpful.

Hi @Yzee , Prasad and Wilfried are correct, it is difficult to help you due to the fact that your account is intentionally locked.
But if I have to guess, I believe you cannot contribute because the contributions are blocked by Google because in violations with the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions - Google Maps Help
As clearly mentioned in there “organisations, brands and businesses aren’t eligible for the program. You are not allowed to bundle services for hire with your Local Guide membership.”.
The use of plural in your post
and what you declare in your profile in the App “Somos uma agência de marketing voltada para os produtos do Google, como certificação Google Meu Negócio, Tráfego pago no Google Ads, criação de sites e Cartões virtuais c/QRcodes (pix/cartão visita).” is to identify yourself as a business.
For this reason you should leave the Local Guides Program ASAP
This is not enough for blocking your contribution, but if you reviewed the POIs of some of your customers, or you created promotional content through your photos, this kind of content will be considered Spam.
For a final confirmation, including the amount of the blocked contributions, kindly unlock your profile.
