Reseñas ocultas desde el celular y visibles en computadora

Buen día a todos.

He intentado buscar información sobre mi problema y no he encontrado una solución.

Si escribo reseñas desde mi celular se ocultan automáticamente pero si lo hago desde una computadora la mayoría son visibles.

I have not seen this reported elsewhere. I don’t think reviews are evaluated differently depending on which platform you use to add a review.

Please confirm that you are using the same Google Account on both platforms.

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 16 reviews and only 11 of them are public.

You may want to restart your phone and check if you have the latest version of Google Maps on your phone.

Uso la misma cuenta, antes de las 16 reseñas que tengo actualmente, había escrito 22 y las 22 estaban ocultas, borre las que tenía y comencé a escribir desde la computadora y ahora aparecen.

Ya he reiniciado y restaurado mi celular y nada.

Thanks for posting about your issue, as I supposed to be the only one who experienced this weird behaviour. It happened to me long time ago, exactly when the issue about reviews started.

At the beginning I noticed that my reviews written on mobile were not publicly visible, while publishing or editing a review on desktop was not impacting the publication.

After that I made some tests: editing a visible reviews on mobile was provoking the removal of the review, while editing a private review on desktop was making (most of the time) the review visible again.

Being a Connect Moderator I reported immediately the issue to Google.

However I have to say that the procedure was not always working fine, and in some case the reviews were remaining private.
