No puedo escribir ninguna reseña en Google maps, por qué puede ser??

Si usas android, puede que sea simplemente que el botón no te aparece. El problema se soluciona fácilmente borrando los cache y datos de usuario, para forzar la resincronización.
Ve a Configuración-> Apps y notificaciones-> Maps-> Almacenamiento

Hope your issue is resolved with @SebaTravel 's suggestion.
I have seen your Google Maps profile, you contributed two reviews and gave ratings for four. Please note, that your submitted review will undergo a verification process which will take some time. Sometimes filters block the reviews if they are not in line with the Guidelines. Please edit your review, delete all the media, and save/submit again. If the review is accepted, you can add media later one by one. Please take a look at this
