¿Porqué esta humilde reseña infringe las políticas de Google?
No me dan la posibilidad de apelar…
Me piden que edite la reseña, pero no sé qué tengo que editar. Pongo un testo claro y una foto del sitio.
Que alguien me lo aclare.

@Carchi Google never tells us, what exactly causes the SPAM filter to refuse a review. If the attached photo is hidden, the review will be hidden too. Therefore the starting point is to remove the photo and see, whether the text is accepted.
It depends of the violation determined by the AI, @Carchi
What is the message that appears when you click on “detalles”?
This will help us to understand the reason, and the action to take
Thanks for answering @ErmesT .
En “detalles” sólo aparecen generalidades nada concreto.
Aunque me leyera todas las normas no serviría de mucho.
Lo que más me enfada es que ya no permitan apelar.
Gracias de todas formas .
Can you share a screenshot of it, @Carchi ? It can be interesting for all if us and I am trying to collect the difference messages that Google Maps send to us
Hi @Carchi ,
In the last two months, I have uploaded about 20-30 images that have immediately been marked as rejected. I have left them in place and after a time (up to four weeks), they have become visible. This appears to be another symptom of the changes that came into effect from February the 7th)
However, the most obvious cause from your review is the mention of a temporary exposition. These are not allowed under Google Maps current guidelines.
Good to know that after a month your photos were published, @nigelfreeney , usually I don’t wait so long, so this is a helpful information.
Regarding “temporary” exhibitions, it is very common for a museum to have them. It is part of a usual exchange of art pieces from different museums, e.g. related to a painter or a sculptor.
We are talking about a museum with more than 39K reviews.
As you can see from a screenshot from the main page of their website they are actually hosting a temporary exhibition
They explain that “The exhibition features around 100 works spanning the artist’s entire career and including her most important paintings and drawings. Many have never previously been seen in Spain as they are principally housed in museums and collections in Germany, a country where she was widely recognised in the 1970s and 1980s.”
It shouldn’t be confused with a “temporary business”, that is not allowed in Google Maps
Hi @ErmesT ,
I understand that it is normal for Museums to host temporary exhibitions. I can’t point you to the specific guidance right now. However, Google makes a distinction within museums and galleries between long term and temporary exhibitions. I would expect that if the specific phrase “temporary exposition” was removed it might then pass the filter?
Everything can be possible, @nigelfreeney , however, if a place is considered “temporary” an action should be taken against the business, not against the review.
But a test can of course be made, @Carchi
But I am curious about what Maps said on the details, because in there they normally indicates what you can do (e.g. remove a photo)
Hi @ErmesT ,
I may not be explaining it clearly, and it may not be the actual reason.
A museum can have a number of different sections. Each of those section apart from one or two is permanent but the other two might be temporary. Google Maps may allow the different sections to have their own listings. I was pointing out that the words used “temporary exposition”, even if was about the whole museum with permanent sections, may have triggered a filter and caused it to be blocked.
