I am requesting you to kindly add our residential colony name to the map. The name of the colony is “Shree Balaji Colony” Located In Khedalpura ,Sarari ,Khagaul, Patna . It is a residential area, and currently, residents and delivery partners face difficulties locating it because the colony name is missing on Google Maps.
Kindly review the location details and update the colony name on the map.

Since local guides cannot add any geographic features, such as your residential colony, you may try to add a point of interest. A store, a fountain or statue near to you. That way, you would be able to tell your delivery partners “close to xyz”. Unfortunately, this cannot be any residential home, though.
Adding a random place to work as a landmark is not something I would recommend.
Instead you can try:
Ask the municipality or developer to add the new area on Maps. They can get roads etc approved without hitting the spamfilter.
Provide the propper documentation needed to get the Product Experts to escalate the issue in the Maps Support Community.
Use plus codes to fix the problem.
