Request for Manual Review of My Google Maps Photo Visibility

Dear Google Maps Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

My name is Taha Mohsen, and I am an active Google Maps Local Guide (Level 6). I have been contributing to Google Maps for several years and have always tried to provide helpful, high-quality content for the community.

Here is a summary of my account:

Many of my older photos have performed very well, with thousands of views. Some of them have received more than 60,000 views, which shows that my contributions have been valuable to Google Maps users.

However, during the past several months, I have encountered a serious issue. Every new photo I upload receives 0 views, even after several months. In addition, when I check the business listing from another Google account or while signed out, my new photos do not appear publicly at all.

My account is still active:

My photos are accepted without any warning.

I continue to earn Local Guide points.

My ratings and answers are published normally.

I have never intentionally violated Google Maps policies.

Because of this, I believe there may be a technical issue or an unintended restriction affecting the visibility of my photos.

I kindly ask you to perform a manual review of my account and verify whether there is any restriction, filtering issue, or technical problem preventing my photos from being shown publicly.

I truly enjoy contributing to Google Maps and would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

As far as I can see 108 of your 123 media are visible in your profile.
According to what we can see, your recent photos are very recent. 25 of them were posted in the last 15 hours, while the previous ones were posted 10 months ago.
With the latest changes on the views counter, normally the photos start to show views after a few days, so it’s normal if you don’t see views on them.
In addition some of your recent photos is repetitive, and in some cases duplicate or not really showing the location. This type of photos are normally demoted by the algorithm, positioned very low on the listing, so it will be very difficult to get views them.

I want to inform you that, as you posted about a possible issue, I am changing the category of your post to Google Maps tips & tricks - Local Guides Connect , where we normally post when we want to report a problem or provide tips about the Local Guides program.

You receive a warning only for photos published in listings that are located inside the EU. As you posted also in other countries, it’s possible that the hidden media are related to them
