We’ve been suggested to on the Google community to reach out this way, and that we will be contacted privately in order to provide the needed details to access the violations.

Hello @FOJ , we would like to help you. But can you elaborate on this subject a little more? Where exactly does the violation occur? Is it here or on the maps? If it is here, it would be better to explain the issue by tagging one of the moderators.

We’ve been trying to come to terms mentally with having the harmful violation review on our page, but I’m afraid things have escalated:
That person just left another 1 star review and seems to be targeting us.
Now we are determined to do whatever we can to have these 2 reviews removed, and would appreciate any help with that!
Here’s the general idea for what happened:
The person has now left 2 lowest score reviews for our place, claiming things that don’t make sense and don’t correspond with the experience of any other customers we have ever had.
if you look at the review history of that person, it is clear that he/she is Antisemitic, Anti-Israel and has taken it upon him/herself to discriminate and hurt Jewish businesses around the world.
An example is: he/she left bad reviews for Israel related businesses in 3 far-away places in the world, all in the same time point. It is clear he/she didn’t even visit those places, which makes the reviews as well fake.
The 2nd bad review we have gotten from him/her is from a 2nd account, containing the same first name, meaning he/she is creating multiple accounts and intentionally trying to find multiple ways of hurting us.
We are very much worried about the damage of these discriminatory fake reviews and are as well worried he/she will continue to target us.
We are looking forward for any help,

There you will find lots of information on how and what reviews can be removed.
The interests of a business owner and a local guide should not be mixed since there can be conflicts of interest. So please delete your account here on Connect should your primary interest be your business.
