Reporting a Local Guide

Hi Alls,

I have come across a review by a reviewer that appears to be false. This is an obvious spam.

I responded to the notice immediately. No reply from “Local Guide”.

The reason is simple: I do not have a physical store. I only do mail-order selling. There is an establishment error and geographic location. I live 60 km from the shop that was visited by the Local Guide.

J’ai eu un commentaire récemment qui m’apparaît être un faux. C’est un spam manifeste.
J’ai évidemment répondu à l’avis immédiatement. Pas de réponse de la part du “Local Guide”.
La raison est simple : je n’ai pas de magasin physique. Je ne fais que la vente par correspondance. Il y a erreur d’établissement et de lieu géographique ce qui fait beaucoup… Je réside à 60 km du magasin qui été visité par le Local Guide.

Que faut-il faire dans pareil cas,

I will assume that the listing is for your business. If so, make sure to log into your account dashboard and flag the review. If no action is taken after three days, report it to Google on their form or on Twitter @GoogleMyBiz.

Sense presència física
- línies d’atenció telefònica
- empreses només en línia
- empreses de serveis a domicili sense adreça física permanent o amb locals tancats al públic (p. ex., serveis de neteja)

I acted as soon as I got a message telling me that I had an assessment/feedback.
I did not know that “Establishments only online” could not be on the map: it’s been 12 years that I’m active without any feedback except two in 2 months …
In the worst case, I will delete my form simply …
