Reporting a Local Guide

There is a local guide that has written 24 out of 35 five star reviews for affiliated companies within one specific industry. It seems to be that this account was set up to promote this group of affiliated companies. Also to disparage competitors with one-star reviews. Activity on the account starts 6 months ago.

There are multiple reviews written for some of the companies. Some were written on the same day or close to it. For example, there are 7 reviews for the same company that were all written 5 months ago.

Many of the reviews can be considered advertising. Example: "Outstanding and professional service for [type of service] in City Name, City Name, City Name, and City Name!

This Local Guide has written about 10 reviews for other types of companies to try to look legitimate.

Could a Google Moderator @Anonymoususer1 send me a link with instructions on how to report this Local Guide? This person provides no value to Google or its users.
