Report fraud local guide

Dear team,

I found local guide spread up a fake information on my business google map. They put a fraud information in every QnA in all my business store .

This is very detrimental to us, because so many users ask about online purchases, and these scammer always provide a telephone number claiming to be the owner of the business.

Can I remove them on all my business? Or can I block so they can’t show on my QA or Review?

Yes. Agree with you.

Same thing i realize while exploring Google Map. I Found many people uploaded image of different places. Also reviewed or uploaded random images on place doesn’t exist on Google Map. Is there any policy that Local Guide can remove that random images or remove place that wrongly added by someone. Kindly reply.

Thanks for asking. This forum is for volunteer local guides only. Business owners have their own help pages and forums.

The interests of a business owner and a local guide should not be mixed since there can be conflicts of interest. So please delete your account here on Connect should your primary interest be your business.

I’m sorry that a local guide is spamming you. You are welcome to privately send me the link to his/her profile, and I will escalate if warranted.
