Dear @sonnyNg , my friend own a Nails Salon, his place got 02 issues recently as following. Could you please take a look and instruct me to solve?

  1. A fraud post fake bloody nails photos which are not related to the place.

  2. A spammer post thousands of the same photos.

In relation to the first situation that you have described (should there be review & photos that would seem inappropriate/not correct), I would suggest you instructing your friend, should the business has been claimed and they have registered via Google My Business, to take a quick look at the instructions on how to Flag inappropriate reviews.

You would be reached out via private message for further instructions on the second matter.

I just wanted to let you know also, as English is the language in the post, the language tag of Vietnamese would be revoked.
