Removing from local guides program

Last day i got a mail saying that i have been participating in the local guides program as a brand or organisation and not as an individual . And that i have violated the rules of local guides program.

But this is not true.

I think that this is unwarranted.

I have sent the mail to the same please respond to it.

I don’t want my local guides account to be removed.

I have never changed a buisness name to wrong one or added a place that doesn’t exist or added an offensive post.

Please look into the matter.

Please don’t remove my account.

If you have signed the local guide program using a personal email ID, confirming so should not be a problem.
Nevertheless, I note two things.

  1. A commercial business does exist with the name “cubeit”.
  2. The logo adopted by you also resembles the one of another IT company and may be copyrighted.

You may need a change in both.

Hi @Mrudula_Rajesh thank you for reaching out. To be clear of what you are talking about, do you mean that you only got an email without being instantly kicked out from the program? The reason for asking this question is that, once you get kicked out you are not allowed to create another account to gain access here.

Since you have replied to the email, I am sure they might have responded back to you, or are you still waiting for their feedback?

I have changed my logo and name. Now it’s ok.

I have sent an email but however i haven’t recieved a response.

But i am able to my edits successfully.
