Removing Fake Reviews on Google Map

Hi,

I’m working for Okey DoKey Locksmith in Austin Texas and we work in the city for the last 30 days.

Since we have the best reputation in the business, our competitors got jealous and gave us around 20 fake profile reviews to harm our rating.

We tried contacting google on the community forum, but after a month no one did anything to help us get rid of this spam.

Calling GMB, they asked me to flag the reviews and contact them after 3 days if it doesn’t solve the problem.

After flagging and waiting for couple of days, nothing changed.

We send them an email and wait for couple of more days but nothing changed and they didn’t even respond.

Is there any other way we can use to handle this?

I am sorry about the problems you are facing. Can you provide the direct link to the business profile on Google Maps so we can further investigate?

Update: Now, I was able to find your POI. We will investigate and take any necessary action.
