Removal of Images which is irrelavant to the Place In Google Maps

Hi Team,

As everyone using Google maps ,am one among them.But as a local guide in Google maps most of the times I see many irrelevant images example persons photos for place of Temple or restaurant. Its getting featured if no one added proper and suitable picture which is relevant to the place.

Is there any way to report that or mark as spam?so it will be helpful for the people to recognize the places better.

You can report a photo if it violates our guidelines. Your request will be reviewed to determine whether or not the photo will be removed.

To request a photo removal:

  1. Find your location on Google Maps.
  2. Choose the photo.
    • On Google Maps, click the Report inappropriate photo link at the bottom right corner of the screen
    • On classic Google Maps, click the Photos tab to find the photo. Choose More > Report abuse
  3. Add a note saying that you are the business owner and give the reason that the photo should come down.
