I am a Local Guide Level 8, and I need human assistance to add a valid, active school location in Tábua, Portugal, which was rejected by the automated system (likely flagged as a duplicate of an existing branch).
The Situation: The educational institution EPTOLIVA operates two separate branches/locations in the town of Tábua. When I tried to add the second location via “Add a place”, my edit was automatically rejected (“Not accepted”), presumably because the AI confuses it with the first branch already on the map.

Note for context: This physical building previously housed a “BGA” school branch, which has been permanently closed for over a year (and is marked as Permanently Closed on Maps). EPTOLIVA has now taken over this building as their second location.

Additionally, I can confirm that their initial location is still active, meaning both locations operate simultaneously.
Could a Google Moderator please escalate this to the Google Maps team so they can manually verify the evidence and approve this second location?
