I just redeem the special edition Google maps pin and filled the necessary details to receive that pin.but i didn’t receive any confirmation mail about it.

Please feel free to look at it,I believe you will find a case related to yours there. You could also ask this same question in there. You’ll get an answer faster I believe. There are Google moderators minding that thread.
Nevertheless please allow for sometime and the confirmation Email might just arrive.
