Hello All,
I would like to re-own the page that was created in 2014 under my email via google maps, which is exactly 8 years ago, i have tried many ways to retrieve and still figuring-out to acquire.
Any GUIDE can help here ? My account still shows that “places added” count as 1.

I’m afraid that will be a dead end unless you still have access to that particular Google Account. So, your issue is not really related to Google Maps but to Google Accounts. They have a dedicated help page found here.

I am not sure about what you are asking for. Looking at your account you have 51 Places added. Are you talking about a different account?
Do you mean that the place you are talking about is your own business, and you lost the ownership under your account? In this case you should check the Google Business Profile help page, and contact them in there. Also please keep in mind that this community is to support Local Guides, and business owner cannot represent his business using your Local Guide Profile. This is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.”

I still have access to the Google Account, oflate, i found that account in managed by someone else.
As i require to manage that account, i have requested for permission from a User for obtaining ownership and that was refused.
this time approached to Google for an ownership by appealing and waiting for 5-digit verification code mailed to the place of the Place added.
Waiting for mail to regain Owenership 
A place created from different google account and the account is still valid.
I could manage to access account, hopefully i would obtain owenrship.

This is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.”
Please address your issue on the Google Business profile community instead
