Reddem Code Not working

I received an email regarding Google perk on 20/Feb/2020 and it is going to expire on 29/Feb/2020.

I have entered my code many times by typing manually as well as copying directly from perk email. But it showed the error.

This is a common issue and people have posted this issue earlier. On looking upon comments, I think communicating with you can be the best solution. Can you please help me before the code gets expire.

To access the perk, please click the “Redeem” button on your email, which will take you directly to the perk website. If you are having trouble accessing the website, please try a different web browser or device. If you are still having trouble accessing the website, please try back again at a later time.

In addition, please go to the FAQs page on the redemption website, enter your redemption code and the email address associated with it in the fields “Why doesn’t my redemption code work?”

Thanks a lot for your reply. I have been through FAQ page but no option was as such solution to this. As you said I have tried again to redeem it after 10-15 hours but problem remains the same. Please find the error in photo attached above. Thanks in advance for help.
