In addition, please go to the FAQs page on the redemption website, enter your redemption code and the email address associated with it in the fields “Why doesn’t my redemption code work?”
Thanks a lot for your reply. I have been through FAQ page but no option was as such solution to this. As you said I have tried again to redeem it after 10-15 hours but problem remains the same. Please find the error in photo attached above. Thanks in advance for help.
