[REDACTED] Abusive Guide, Fake review

[REDACTED] a local guide gave a fake review of my business based solely on the fact she did not like my comment on FB regarding her “OK BOOMER!” like comment. She then spam messaged me saying the following

“Get a real job, only [REDACTED] play with flowers”

I own a garden design/lawn care business.

Below is her review and my response. It is my understanding that any review should be done based on actual interaction with the business and not based on the fact that [REDACTED] simply did not like the fact that I responded to her comments in a similar manner to which she made hers.

I would have included a screen shot of her message to me but the file size is too large to upload here.

If there is any other way to get the screenshot uploaded I would appreciate knowing how.

Verbally abusive and harasses you on Facebook even though he doesn’t know who you are at all, if you post an article on Facebook about invasive plant species people shouldn’t be planting in their yards. This is extremely unprofessional behavior, do not use his services.

I have never done business with, for, or even know this individual.
I conduct my business in a professional manner providing customers with top notch lawn and garden care and information. This review has absolutely nothing to do with my business whatsoever.

As for being abusive and harassing you said:

“only F_GG__TS play with flowers" in regards to my profession and made derogatory statements about “Boomers”. You simply did not like my comments , blocked me and cowardly came after my business.

As for invasive plants yes they are out there. However, much of the information online is false or at best not telling the entire truth. I have forty plus years in the gardening business and will defend my profession against misinformation being perpetuated by “experts” not telling the entire story.

Regular garden maintenance mitigates the possibility of a majority of these plants from becoming invasive. Many times “experts” will include every species and variety of Genus as invasive which is simply not true. Only one species of Genus Berberis is invasive. Same with many Bamboo and Spirea species.

I do not find defending my trade against half truths and misinformation unprofessional. In fact nobody would

I did not join to promote my business. This “GUIDE” spammed my business with a fake review.

I never said “promote” @GregDraiss , I said representing, that is what you are doing in this post.

There is a specific community, for this. I gave you the links on my previous reply.
