Hello Google Moderators,

I am writing because the automated system is continuously rejecting my edit to add an existing branch of a business in my country. It is getting flagged as “Not accepted”, because the anti-spam algorithm thinks it is a duplicate since there is another branch with the same name in a different city (La Romana).

However, this is a completely separate, long-standing physical location that was missing from the map. As a Level 5 Local Guide, I have verified this place personally. Here are the unique details from my edit screen:

• Business Name: F Castillo Moto Prestamos (El Seibo)
• Category: Concesionario de motocicletas (Motorcycle dealer)
• Unique Phone: 809-552-4804
• Exact Location: C. Gral. Antonio Ramírez, El Seibo 24000, República Dominicana (Plus Code: QXF6+346)

I am attaching the screenshot of my rejected contribution along with the actual storefront photo to prove this location exists. Please escalate this to the engineering team for a manual override and approval.

There is no override-the-spamfilters-service available.

Such data issues are better dealt with in the Google Maps Help Community.

Or you could ask the business owner to add their business themselves.
