Actually it is made up for a “puja” or some worshippings for the Hindu gods which is done by the pregnant women to ensure thier good and calm mind and in hope of a successful and healthy delivery of thier baby. Actually that was the first time i got to know about such thing.

I love that photo and all the colours showing through. After I read your description about the place, I liked it even more.
I am planning to visit Sri Lanka maybe next year, so I will definitely try to find this place and see it for myself.
