RECENT UPLOADED PHOTOS NOT SHOWN

Hi smart people

2 days ago I was in a trip to one of the historical landmarks, captured several photos and short video. I uploaded those photos to the POI ( Historical landmark ) , so far, I don’t see any of them in that place in Google maps in the BY YOU folder!! or in ALL FOLDER, However, they are shown in my PROFILE only!

2 of the photos are a 360 , also not shown there.

Plus the above, I still don’t see a view counts to small group of my uploaded photos to different POIs

Any clue is appreciated

Hi @OSAMA_1

Something is off with that pin.

I do see your review:

I uploaded a test photos. And it does not show publicly as yours.

Also there is no Recent or By You tabs.

You could request help in Maps Support Forum to get the pin fixed so photos can be added, and the By You and Recent folders will show.

Try adding one if your photos as a photo update. The filter is a lot more relaxed for updates.

It does not work like that. It is a team. I’m not tagging a Google moderator because I doubt they can/will help.

The photos related to the Fortress of Machaerus are not visible on your public profile.

The most recent visible photos are:

here (4 photos)

here (2 photos)

here (16 photos)

You can easily verify it by checking your profile in incognito mode in a browser

Google moderators in Connect are here for managing the community. Time by time they can raise some specific issue related to an account, but this doesn’t seems to be the case, that’s why the Google maps help community is the best place where to address the issue.

In any case, as I can’t see the photos on your profile, you can also fill this form: Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps
