From last two days I am seeing the two following set of questions under the places that I reviewed:
I clicked on no in all the occasions. Just wondering what would happen if someone click on yes by mistake?
Any thoughts?
Managing a place is what business owners do. They will need to prove their ownership. As a local guide you are unlikely to he able to able to do so.

If anyone click on yes will be/she be redirected to another webpage where he/she has to provide documentation regarding the business ownership?
Or the current Google Map screen closes after answering the questions and it’ll show the points that he/she earned for answering?
I am asking this because recently I posted on Connect as well as Google Support about hijacking of tourist destinations in India. A similar incident took place there. Spammers taking over the Map pages by claiming the business and used the page for their own purposes.

Claiming a business does not earn local guides any points. It is related to being a business owner and not related to the Local Guides program.
I never claimed a business, so I don’t know the details of how to claim and verify a listing.
Normally Google Maps will send a postcard to the listed address with a code. So it is not very easy to claim a listing.
But again you need to seek info on claiming a listing elsewhere.

Thanks for the valuable information 
I’m not wanting to claim a business or manage a business. The problem is that these are the only two questions popping up for every place under the Maps Answers feature. None of the other usual questions are being asked at all. It’s as though there’s another glitch or bug in the system.
