Received offer for 15% off Pixel Buds

But when i go to try and redeem it ( Click on the Redeem now button above to automatically apply your discount at checkout. See terms and conditions below.) it says the " coupon code doesn’t exist and wasn’t applied "

How do I go about redeeming this code? there is no code inside the email that I could type in.

I also have this same issue. I clicked the button, added them to my cart, and then it keeps giving an error that the promotional code does not exist. I don’t even know what the code was because it isn’t stated anywhere.

@Mullinsk14 I’m getting the same issue. Will do some research and try to escalate if possible. Will report back if I find anything.

@com If you look at the URl after trying to redeem, it will contain the code. This is what mine looks like (from 2 to 9)

Hi! So I am having an issue where I click on the redeem button emailed to me from Google Local Guides, but when I add the item (Pixel Buds Series A) to my cart I get a message saying the coupon code doesn’t exist. Anyone have any ideas? I tried to contact the store directly, but it just says all the reps are busy and to try back later…

@themosaic2012 It’s a known issue. I’m also able to replicate it. I’ve informed the team and they’re looking into it. Will give an update if I hear more.

I contacted Support regarding this, and after waiting through over 45 spots in Chat, was told the following:

“Thank you for reaching out about the Pixel Buds A-Series reward for Local Guides. We’re aware of an issue with some codes not working and we’re working to provide a solution. In the next week, you can expect a new code to be provided by email.”"

Not sure if this affects everyone, or just the ones that contact them.

@com Thanks for sharing the update. Yeah, the Google Store support has been swamped this week, due to the launch of Pixel 6. A friend of mine had to wait for hours during launch since their order kept getting cancelled.

Let’s wait until next week then and see what happens. In this case it feels the update will be given to whoever’s affected, so doesn’t specifically need to reach out to them.

The promotion is for 15% off Pixel Buds by November 4th.

It is from the local guides community newsletter. “Just for you: $70 off the new Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro”.

This is a different promotion to the one I am having issues with, but if the issue is with code redemption it may be happening with many.

Hey everyone. You should’ve got an updated code in your email by now. Try to look for an email with the subject ‘Updated link: Don’t forget to redeem your Local Guides reward’

I got mine and tested it and it correctly applied the discount.

Experiencing this same issue trying to redeem discount for pixel buds before tomorrow’s expiration. Can you please assist me?
