Received an confirmation email but still didn't get my google perk

I haven’t received my Google Guides special edition socks perk. It was ordered in January 12 ,2020. It’s been about 4 months now.

Please let me know how to track and why it’s not yet received.

Please help me.I am really looking forward for this.

Hi Sumit @sumitmazumdar6 . hope you are doing well and following social distancing. I may not be an authorised person to give you exact status of your perks. But as you know well that whole world is going through the pandemic situations. So it is possible that your shipment is delayed due to partial/full lockdown in different cities of the world.

Have patience, you will receive it.

Pandemic can be a reason.

Nevertheless, as it has been longer than 6 weeks from when you ordered your perk, please go to the FAQs page on the redemption website, and input your unique code into the “What can I do about a missing or damaged item?” section at the bottom. From there, fill the required details and double check that we have your shipping information correct. Our shipping team will look into it and get back to you.

P.S.- Please mask your address in the picture provided above as this is a public platform so any one can misuse it.

Tagging a single moderator is enough. Please avoid over tagging as it may results into marking your post as spam.

Same here bro. @sumitmazumdar6 Its been more then 1 year and even I didn’t get my google perk, I hope the delivery boy is walking all the way to deliver me the socks.

Yes @Sandeepnirvan You can see the date i.e Feb 14 2019 I’ve received the confirmation email.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I am sure your issue will be attended shortly, just keep in mind that our Google Moderators are mostly not available on weekends since they are Google employees, probably your issue will be attended on Monday.

In future please do not tag multiple Moderators at once.

I had the same problem too, I left a comment on this post Question about a Local Guide Perk Read This First and @Aruni helped solve my problem so just leave a comment on that post and a Google Moderator will help you.

Also kindly edit your photo to remove your personal details especially your address, this is for your safety and privacy. Finally, if you have any problem in the future mentioning one Moderator would suffice.

Additionally, I just wanted to let you know, in case there would be an urgent matter, do feel free to tag one Google Moderator listed in the post Meet the Google Moderators (with the “@” so that the name of a person you are forwarding the message to will appear, as it also allows you to receive notification to follow up posts easily)

Hi it may be delayed because of lockdown you will get it once everything will be normal
