To support the Global Geo Walk Meet Up initiated by @OSAMA themed “Discover The Hidden Gems in Your City”, even though we are busy in commemorating Indonesia’s independence day, but I have time to show my support.
I held a small meet up with some of new Local Guides, my neighbors, who were taking a leisurely stroll that morning (August 26), along with hundreds of others. We walked to and explored Taman Harmoni, which located close to Terminal Keputih.
The leisurely stroll is part of commemorating Indonesia’s independence day, which is very common to be held in every kampung (kampung = smaller part of sub-district) in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya. After joining the leisurely stroll, participants will enjoy a musical performance, and wait for the prize draw.
After attending the entire event, I continued the hunting of hidden gems around the location. And the gem I had found that morning is: RUJAK CINGUR at Terminal Keputih.
The video is awesome. I wish to see subtitle of the ingredients that are added while cooking. It can be like ‘adding oil’, ‘adding potato’, ‘adding pineapple’ etc.
@BudionoS woow I love this [Recap] my jaw dropped when I watched youtube video that looks delicious I love all those flavors I wish I could have a plate that really loves it @BudionoS omg

I agree with you @BudionoS Rojak Cingur is absolutely a Gem dish BUT NOT HIDDEN hahahah. Because almost every weekend we eat here in Kuala Lumpur WITH CANDOL.
Thanks for the video. Good luck to your new local guides.
Why it a hidden gem even though rujak cingur can be found every where in Surabaya? Because its hidden behind a bus terminal, that is very rare in here to find a delicious food in place like that.
@OSAMA I can’t wait your video about non profit restaurant. make it bro!
