[Recap] World Wide Photo Walk in Iwate

February 24th, we held World Wide Photo Walk Meet-up in Morioka, Iwate, Japan.

Unfortunately, the weather was the worst in this winter for walking outside but seven local guides gathered. Thank you for you guys!!!

Guidance and Greetings

At first, we talked about ourselves with lunch at Baimakrut. And I introduced notices and points for taking photos and writing reviews.

Theme

This time, I suggested a theme that searching tiny interesting places/objects, not just a building or location.

Because, these photos were already exist in the map in general.

Photo Walk

After lunch, we started Local Guide Photo Walk around Sakanacho area!

Recap Meeting

After walking, we gathered at Shun (Tea shop).

Because it was verrrrry cold, we went to the shop earlier than planned.

And we chose the best photo.

This is the best one!!! I presented an award to him:-)

When I attend a photo walk, I thought that I should learn techniques for taking better photos every time.

Everyone has been awesome photographers!!!

We enjoyed taking photos and talking about our region through this event. It was very creative and valuable time.

One of us is attending a bigger event about map creation in our city. He seems to want to use Local guides for his event as well. I hope he do it and Local Guides in my region increase.

Recap作成お疲れ様です。

二度目の岩手ミートアップ参加ですが、どうしても日本海側に偏りがちな私の行動半径を広げていただいて感謝です。

当日は天気予報通りとなってしまいましたが、冬なのでこんなものでしょう。

滝沢市と盛岡市の路面凍結があれほど滑るとは予想外でしたが、運転テクニックがまた向上しましたので、これも経験値アップの一環です。

青森での企画は参加希望者ゼロで流れましたが、もしも中間地点で共催できうそうであれば、温泉と美味しいものと良い風景ということで何かやりたいですね。今度はできれば冬以外で（笑）

他の方々のきれいな写真をみて羨ましくもありましたが、また機会を作って写真を撮りたいと思っています。
